Justo después de la presentación del 20 aniversario de la marca Xbox, el equipo encargado de traer los juegos retrocompatibles a las consolas de Xbox One y Series, anunció que la siguiente lista de 70 juegos serán los últimos que llegarán como parte de este bonus.
Mencionan que han llegado al limite posible para traer nuevos juegos de manera retrocompatible debido a problemas técnicos, de licencia y legales, pero agradecen a los que han usado dicha capacidad. Siempre se agradeció por dicha manera de poder jugar estos juegos simplemente colocando el disco en tu consola, pero de acuerdo a un estudio de 2017 unicamente el 1.5% de los jugadores de Xbox Live pasaban tiempo jugando retrocompatibles.
