47 canciones serán las que contendrá la próxima entrega «personalizada» de Rock Band, pues luego de darle su título propio a The Beatles, ahora se rebaja a Green Day para su siguiente iteración. Entertainment Weekly además asegura que todas estas canciones podrán ser exportadas a Rock Band, Rock Band 2 o el próximo Rock Band 3 por la cantidad de $9.99 dolaritos.
Se espera que el juego salga el 8 de Junio a nivel mundial para PlayStation 3, Wii y Xbox 360. A continuación la lista de canciones a incluirse en el título. Cabe mencionar que no se preveen más paquetes de contenido descargable exclusicamente de Green Day.
