Nordic Games anuncio que Painkiller: Hell & Damnation estará disponible para PC el 31 de octubre y para consolas hasta el 22 de enero del 2013.
Esta versión llegara totalmente sin censura, también se lanzara una versión censurada únicamente para Alemania por su contenido «violento».
La «Collector’s Edition» incluira el soundtrack, Making Of Video, 1 Limited Collector’s Edition Singleplayer Tarot Card DLC, 1 Limited Collector’s Edition Multiplayer Body Skin DLC, Poster, Stickers, Postcards from Hell y un Artbook.
La «standard edition» incluirá el juego y un póster.
